"Smooth delivery and easy tracking"
The tracking was really clear the whole way, which I appreciated because I always like to know things are actually on schedule, you know? The flowers arrived right on time and everything went smoothly. No issues at all, so I’d say it was a solid experience.

"Nice variety and easy to find something"
James Cress Florist had sorta way more options than I was expecting. I was looking for something for a birthday and found a nice arrangement quickly. I also liked that they had a good mix of plants and flowers, which made it easier to pick something that felt right.

"Exactly What I Hoped For"
I’m always a little nervous ordering flowers online because I hate the idea of spending money and ending up with something that looks nothing like the picture. Thankfully, these matched the photo really well and there were no surprises. Super happy with them.

"No surprise fees, which felt like a win"
I appreciated that the pricing was clear before I checked out, delivery included. A couple of the add-ons could use a little more explanation, but overall there weren’t any weird surprise charges on my order. just getting through checkout without having to re-check the total three times felt like a small win...

I ordered from jamescressflorist.com and was happy with how everything showed up. The box felt sturdy, nothing looked crushed, and the stems were held in place so they weren’t sliding all over. The wrap and water pack were done properly too, which I appreciated. Flowers looked fresh when I opened the box. Nothing fancy to say really, just packed well and arrived the way I hoped. 5 stars from me.

"Stayed fresh longer than I expected"
After I paid I got a little skeptical and started wondering if they’d actually be as fresh as promised. But they showed up in great shape and stayed fresh all week, so I’m really happy with them.

"Fresh flowers, but the late delivery was frustrating"
The flowers did look fresh and pretty, so I’ll give them that. But the delivery being late was really annoying. If I’m ordering flowers for a specific time or occasion, timing kind of matters. It’s frustrating when the product is nice but the delivery part ends up stressing you out

I sent my sister flowers through jamescressflorist.com, and she absolutely loved them. She told me they were fresh, colorful, and really pretty. As her sibling, I was just happy I could make her day from a distance, especially since the delivery showed up right on time. I didn’t get to see the bouquet myself, but her reaction told me everything I needed to know

Ordered a specific bouquet from James Cress Florist. What showed up was different. Some flowers were missing. Colors weren’t the ones I picked either. It still looked okay, so I’m giving 2 stars. But for the price, I expected it to be way more accurate...

"pretty Good experience overall"
I ordered flowers from jamescressflorist and was a little nervous the gift note would get messed up, because that’s happened to me before with another shop. But it was printed exactly how I wrote it, names and Everything, so that was a relief. The flowers looked nice too. I’m giving 4 stars since the delivery showed up a bit later than I expected, but overall it was good.

"Kind of proved my worries right"
I wasn’t totally confident this would go smoothly when I placed my order, and unfortunately it pretty much confirmed what I was already worried about. The experience just didn’t feel reliable for my order, and I don’t think I’d want to risk using it again.

"Nice Custom Options and Smooth Delivery"
I ordered a bouquet from James Cress and actually really liked how easy it was to tweak some of the flowers and add a note. The selection was good, though I do wish they gave a little more info about what substitutions might happen. That said, the final arrangement looked close to what I chose. Overall, I was happy with it. It wasn’t perfect, but the custom options actually made it feel more personal, and the delivery went smoothly.
